hi Coman, first of all, it's not the end of the world. Secondly, processing time of each application is not the same as well as each CIC employee has his own pace, so your application might be under processing and is taking more time than others. So have some patience for few more days and you will hear good news.

You have lost the boat this time mate. The cap for 1112 got filled up in late May. A forum member who's file reached on 4th June couldn't make it and they returned his application. Better luck next time.

I am from Bangladesh, and my Visa Office is Singapore. My Immigration Application file have been received by CIC on 7th August, 2013. I applied under the NOC code 1112 (Financial and investment analysts). Based on the changes of rules and duration of application process, can anyone tell me that within how many days from the date of application/application received I will get the file number.

ATTENTION BANGLADESHI APPLICANTS: Anyone who is familiar with the processing time duration, especially who have already received UCI number, please tell the duration of receiving the UCI number from the date of application/application received. I am tensed!!

my husband is a 20 th june applicant for 1112 fsw 2013.we never made it as the cap was reached.we still havent received our application package back?can anyone pls tell us if any june 1112 applicant has received his application back??

Can you tell me when did you email them ? Wanted to know since I emailed them on 16 Aug and yday received an email that my application is awaiting initial processing and I will be contacted in due course. How inconsistent they are. Even if I remain positive, news like these and posts from other forum members have spread the pessimism in me

I emailed them on August-13-13 and received a response on Sept 11. Sorry for the late response hope this helps.

I sumbitted a FSW application in June 2013 but am still waiting for a response from CIC.
I've tried emailing CIC to see if I have been issued with a client ID but am not having much luck.
Anyone in the same boat?
Any suggestions?

Do you think i still have a chance under 0211? I am 4th July Applicant and it seems unrealistic that i was late (As 12th July applicant received PER before CAP reached). I called them several times, but none of the agents gave me any update about UCI or any status on my application. I mailed CIC on 19th sep and was expecting a reply from them (they should reply me within 20 days right?), but here also no reply from CIC.

What should i do? Any suggestion?

You are not late as far as cap is concerned.

Just wait for their reply.

Do CIC keeps the record of returned file application? i am planning to apply in another NOC from same organisation referral letter? they did not mention any application or file number on my returned Documents? actually i have the experience on another NOC.
