Hi guys.

Thanks to admins and everybody who created this community, so we can share our knowledge and experiences. Wishing everybody good news on their process.

I have one tricky question.

I work at sea as an engineer on tanker vessels. I am onboard for 4 months and on holiday for 2.5 – 3 months. Right now I am on vacation, but will be joining another vessel in mid December.

I applied for immigration under NOC 2132 in May, 2013. My file was received on May 29th, 2013. My file is in Warsaw VO right now.

My status just says “We received your application for permanent residence on May 29, 2013.”



As I asked Warsaw Visa office, they got my file on October 2nd. And that's it. I haven't heard from them about any MR or other thing.

I read in previous messages of this thread. We have 2 months to have medical check, after getting medical request from the visa office.

So, my concern is, if the visa office requires me to go under medical check in December or January or February, it will be messed up, since I will be onboard from mid December to end of March.

What if I write Warsaw Office about my situation and ask them to send my MR after March 2014?

What do you advise me?

I must sort this out before December.

By the way, I filled up the form for the spreadsheet of this thread, but I can not see my name on the sheet.

Well, in my opinion, you should write an email to your visa office - explaining them the situation. They'd definitely turn with some solution.

Just saw somewhere (NOT ON ANY OFFICIAL WEBSITE), that every visa office (including LVO & NDVO) has to conclude all (FSW 2013 AND Backlog if any) the cases by Aug 2014.
I's just thinking that we - particularly LVO & NDVO applicants - should expect some thing to come from VO somewhere in Jan 2014......

I had a talk with my consultant today and he told me that NDVO has to clear backlog by Mid of 2014.
Going by that, FSWP 2013 would be placed at second priority and expect the process to get over only after Mid of 2014.

Hello all, is it possible for any fswp 2013 applicant to transfer his/her file to another visa office if there is a pressing need which is out of your control? Please, any advise? Thanks

Going by that, FSWP 2013 would be placed at second priority and expect the process to get over only after Mid of 2014.

I dont know whats wrong with NDVO...suddenly AORs are stopped. This week was very slow and waited long....Hope all last weeek NDVO may applicants are feeling same way.

As per your valuable suggestion, I will go for the first step - ECA through WES.
I hold bachelors of engineer's degree done in India and currently employed in Kuwait.
Can you please list the detailed steps for ECA through WES ? so that I can apply upcoming FSW program (2k14) under 2147 NOC.

FYI, I have obtained the transcript of my Engineering degree from my college.

Until now i haven't received anything on my application. One person whose application received on july 15th already got his cc charged. Whereas my application received july12,no news at all.

I guess I'll expect the worst for my application. i really can't determine if i left out filling up some of the forms or any other issue.

Anwys, good luck to all those whose CC was charged or got PER.

i guess all hopes for my application is down.
