Hi all !!

After receiving my application package back from CIC on 5th oct I have re-sent the app on 8th Oct
It has been received today by G.Miller today ie 15/10/2013 at 10.14 am

I have already updated the info through the link

I have received a passport request from CPP-O today. The request came together with a request to submit 2 photographs and a Biodata form that requires to fill in height and eye colour for each applicant.

This info may be useful to CCP-O applicants currently located in the US.

As you may know CPP-O does not offer courier service option to return your passport back to you. If you do not include Xpresspost (for Canada) or Xpresspost USA (for USA) CPP-O will send your passport via regular mail and will not accept responsibility for loss in transit. These envelopes are only sold in Canada and you may ask a friend to buy and send it to you.

There seem to be a way around this though. I found Xpresspost USA envelope sold at amazon.ca. Surprisingly, you can use you amazon.com account details to login into amazon.ca

It ships for free by snail mail but if you are prepared to buy 2 of them so that the seller uses one to ship you the other one it should come much sooner. Feel free to PM me if you need more details.

Hi..

When did you submit your medical results.. How many days it take for passport request after submitting medical results..

I have done my medicals on Oct 2nd. Doctor's office claimed they have electronically submitted my data on Oct 7th. My ECAS showed Medical received on Monday Oct 14th (they don't show the actual date but I was checking ECAS pretty regularly). I received passport request today, Oct 15th

Friends I got passports back with visa on it from cpp-o.
Finally wait is over. Feeling much relaxed and happy.

Visa is valid till aug 2014 as that is expiry on my PP.

Hope to hear a visa news from all over soon..
