Yes Maina, both are today. Just got email from CIC-Sydney 2 hours before. The email also mentioned that they had initiated the payment of processing fee in the credit card. I also see it online under the transaction activity(Pending status) on my credit card.

Friends, I am little relieved now. I received an email from CIC-Sydney with my application and UCI no. It also mentioned "your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 4, 2013. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office."

It's really confusing... CIC is working on FIFO ? why 28th June application is charged today ? any thoughts?

They may have had issues with his file, and it needed more detailed review.....or the VO okayed the file and just set it aside to be charged later. Its CIC NOBODY KNOWS!!

Kardevkav, my application reached CIC on July 4th as per the update showing on the courier's website. I earlier had the impression that CIC received it on June 28th which is not the case.

Admins,
Request if you could change the "Submitted Date" as July 4th for me. Currently, its showing as June 28th which is incorrect.

I just chat with my friend who applied for US PCC and he is in usa right now.
he said that there wont be any signature,and the content what is written is correct. he said it is written because the intention of issuing pcc is not for any employment in such as security firm or for defence ext..the content is abs right and you need not to worry.
this is the info i got from him,but i suggest you double check for more details.

Our office sent you an email on 25 Sept 2013, further to that email your file was transferred to the visa office in London. Please direct further enquiries to that office.

I got MR request today. Please update my status.
