Not sure how CIC is issuing PER and charging CC/DD because Luqi's application reached CIO before( same day but different time) Song_Of_Baby but Song_Of_Baby received PER on 23rd with CC encashment date as 21st and Luqi received PER today,24th with encashment date as yesterday 23rd
