hey what is this i cant get..last week cap has been updated 1812...but again it was showing 1812...in noc list they counted..but they forget to count overall or wat??

After 119 days since my application filed, I received a response from CIC.

Holding my breath, I started to read the first couple of lines which were referring to a correspondence on August 12. An email which had never been received!!!

Continued to read the rest of message, I found out that my PER was issued on August 12 and my application is now with Ankara VO.

Hi All,

Cap status for 2147 is updated to 264. Any idea about applications till which date have been charged CC/DD?
I am now really worried as I am July 29th applicant and haven't seen any applicant post 15th July getting CC/DD charged. With this trend, chances of I am making to 300 figure is almost nil.

Quebec is a different story!

"People can apply to immigrate to Canada under "Federal skilled worker" category. Skilled workers apply under this category if they want to live in any Canadian province or territory except Quebec.

Skilled workers who want to live in Quebec apply under a separate category. The province of Quebec selects its own skilled workers. Applicants who intend to go to Quebec are known as "Quebec-selected" skilled workers."

Yes FSW excludes Quebec. But no matter by what program we got our permanent residence we considered later as a permanent resident. And as we have the right and live and work in any province.
If a person goes to live in Alberta and would in a few months to live from Quebec because it has worked, she has every right (and this is as good a few days later).
To provide work in Quebec, it must be either temporary resident (PVT, temporary workers, etc..) Or be a permanent resident. An employer will never ask for your CSQ, for against it will ask you your permanent resident card.

I got AOR dated 20th September from Warsaw VO though I choose Ankara in my application. I think Ankara is fully closed!

2147 is nearly cap reached! you are so lucky! ;D ;D
I think you should expect your application arrival to Warsaw instead Ankara as it happens to most Ankara Applicants!
