I have a doubt regarding reference letters
I sent the true copies of the reference letters
Did i make a mistake did i have to send originals??
By true copies i mean i got the photocopies attested by a notary

As per document checklist, you have to only send the photo copies of reference letters. Originals can be asked later by local VO.

Dear forum members
I got DM on 15 of september and a mail on next day saying 'arrange from VFS Kathmandu, nepal to return your passport within 30 days.' after that i went VFS for the purpose with CHC letter and VFS asked me to produce fotocopies of all member for the process. unfortunately i did not keep any copies of them. other side i did my medical from old passport and send doc to NDVO with new MRP passport. vfs says foto copy is mandatory and with out vfs kathmandu, i cannot get pp back. what should i do? pleas any one pls give me idea.

don't worry ... it won't be a problem at all, whether being original or true copy no difference.

most important is to include:

The name as in the Passport.
The designation.
The Period of joining.
The Annual salary.
Working hours per week.
Job description and duties.

Then attach business cards for your references and yourself as well if your firm provides you one.

As you mentioned above the HR official denied that your wife was working in the hospital she showed experience letter from.
i would like to know while applying she didn't support her experience letter with pay (salary) slips from the Hospital...???

I have done that. My worry is that when a VO calls, I hope he or she is patient enough to be transferred to the HR Dept and someone responsible answers the VO's call and acknowledges that my wife was indeed an employee there.

Let's see what follows.

CIC ONLY ASKS FOR COPIES OF REFERENCE LETTERS. HOWEVER LOCAL VISA OFFICE MAY ASK FOR ORIGINALS.

I am very curious about this " Submitted old schedule 3 form" reason for return of application. I see many of the returned applications have this reason ( same as me). How on earth did we use this old form???!!! I downloaded all the forms from the CIC website !!!!

Guys anybody have any idea about Ankara Visa office? Has anyone heard anything from them yet or they are all on strike?

I'm May 27th May applicant, CC charged on Aug. 1st, but I never heard anything from either CIO or Ankara VO.

HKVO, SGVO, CPP-O started sending Medical Requests and even one guy reported his Passport Request couple of days ago, while Ankara VO is still on honeymoon
