If I remember right, user civeng from spreadsheet, NOC 2131, didn't filled up The Number of persons column. She got the PER.
If the amount is correct, you shouldn't be worried!

Wim2147, it's true: we forgot filling in the column with number of persons, we just filled in the amount and we got the PER on the 24th of July. You should also be ok!

Hope everyone's ok, eager to get PERs, MRs and give passports! Glad to see some VOs are so active.. Unfortunatelly the Romanian one except for replying to my mail regarding PCC didn't send AOR (although they said they have our file) nor MR... But I feel MRs are cloooooooose!

The MR required following docs, bank statement is not required:

- Proper identification (proof of identity must include at least one government-issued document
with photograph and signature, such as a passport or national identity card)
- Eye glasses or contact lenses, if worn
- Any medical reports or test results that you may have as a result of previous or existing
medical conditions
- Four recent photographs (photos are not required if the panel physician is listed as “eMedical
enabled” on the CIC website listed above)

1. How does FBI return us the report, there is no mention of return courier arrangements/charges? Should i include paid return envelope as well? pls share your experience in this regard....

2. Dubai based forumites - Which is the optimal courier/postal service to send docs to US from Dubai.

I am also in Dubai. I had sent the FBI criminal check request even before submitting my application to CIO. This link will give you step-by-step guide to what forms to fill and how to make payment. This link also answers your questions.

This link above is the only proper method to ask for FBI criminal check (sending from Dubai). I suggest you mail it only thru either DHL or FedEx or UPS. I did it thru FedEx.

Just pay them $18. That $18 is payment for you to receive your copy. Thats includes their fee to send it to you. They will send it themselves with US Post, which will be delivered to you by Emirates Post here. But you dont need to worry about return mailer or anything. Just follow those steps, pay the amount specified, send with DHL or FedEx and wait for 1.5 months to get your certificate back.
