But if you applied under NOC 1112, I'm sorry to inform you that some applications received after May 27 have been returned due to cap reached.

I really don't know how they work, if they sent all after cap applications at once or if they will process each envelope. Anyway, in a rough estimation I believe you'll have your application back in early October.

Now that you have already passed the eligibility check, you don't have to worry about being sending it upfront. I think VO will ask if they feel the need to do so. Anyway, they'll be finally asking for an up to date POF at a later stage, then you can append one letter.

If your spouse is part of ur application and will go with you, then no need for any NOC etc for POF. You can submit all statements as POF for Your account, ur wife account, any joint account etc

Today, I received the AOR from my consultant. AOR was dated 5 Sept. However, due to balance payment my consultant didn't forwarded it to me earlier. I was aware about it that I got AOR.

I am happy that NDVO working fast and wish that everybody including me (of course) get their medical in 2013 itself and PR, Visa also by Jan' 14 maximum.

These consultant work only when catalyst in the form of MONEY is injected to them.

hi when did u apply and how long u awaiting. how do u know your application is going to be returned to you.
