I'll be joining a new company next month do I need to inform this to NDVO...? If yes... then do I need to send again all those reference letter, appointment letter, etc...of the new company as well? ??? ???
As in the AOR it is mentioned -
Let us know
If there is a change in your personal circumstances, such as the birth of a child, a marriage or
divorce, you must advise this office (see address, fax number and email address below).
You must also inform us of any:
1. Change of address, including change of e-mail address;

2. Change of immigration representative;

3. Request for withdrawal of your application.

Please suggest....

The answer is YES, inform them about it, if you joined already, with whatever documents in support can be provided. You may want to note that you are already eligible in the NOC you are for processing, so this job reference may have no impact on your eligibility criteria, so there is no harm. Send all the docs, and additionally fill out the online enquiry form.

You also have no right to undermine the efforts of hundreds of professional aspirants on this forum. These forumites have helped numerous people and it is a happy, collaborative, helping community. Take your bitterness some where else. If you do not believe in the information on this forum or the spreadsheet, fine, no one is forcing you to believe that. You have no idea of hand holding that happens here and the forum has become integral family by now.

Thanks hbushra , Here is all are just applicant's . Spreadsheet is our ground to assumption the status of application . No one here told that based on CC/DD cashed means CAP reached , it is just assumption with the opinion of members and also basic sense of forecast . I think all applicant's are mature and good status in society so it is not possible to discourage/ encourage to any one . Just share opinion to each other .

If they say NO doesn't mean NO from cic ,even if they say YES doesn't mean YES from cic.
They just says based on their knowledge , as you said no one here is lawyer , consultant so that is right ,members give opinion based on knowledge only because they are not lawyer or consultant.

Please ignore the advise which you want to and accept those which you like to.

Thanks hbushra , take it easy . STAR/ CHAMPION members means lot of knowledge they have about FSWP . I think mostly ( 90% ) their assumption are correct , you know I'm always visit this forum but so far I didn't apply just for the seniors assumption that my NOC 2147 is too hot now I also feel that till MID July applicant's can catch the train for NOC 2147 , though my ECA/ IELTS all in my hand . Always visit the forum and gether knowledge , give your opinion ( ture/wrong) then senior will help you to achiev the goal .

June 22nd & 23rd was a weekend. In reference to the June 24 apps you mentioned, are those from NOC 2147? How come we don't see the update on the spreadsheet?

Upsss...I thought you were talking about ALL 21-24th June apps in general, not about 2147 particularly... :-[ Sorry... ;D

Many newbies ask question like "will my application be within the cap" and some members do give their honest OPINION that they may not be within the cap. There is nothing wrong. Just simple input and output.
