10 months processing is their standard letter which I also received and now file is still awaiting final review (14 months since filing PR) due to strike etc..

I know it shall take 5 minutes of time but will immensely benefit as every time referring to spreadsheet to look up details of a particular member in case he/she needs advice may not be practical for all .....
Even Basic info like...
1. NOC
2. Visa Office
3. App received date
4. PER received date shall be enough..
Let me give steps on how to update for ease of all..
1. Go to profile section on top right of the forum
2. Go to "Forum Profile Information" under " Modify Profile" on the Left side panel
3. Scroll down and update Visa Office, NOC Code, App Filed (mention App filed date and PER date here if received)
4. Hit "Change Profile" to save
Advice: Leave everything else blank as it un-necessarily takes up page when you post something and everyone needs to scroll down to see next post (if you are browsing via smartphone or tablets).

Am not lucky in getting info via phone. A lady said she does not have any info..and just keep saying that i need to email and get the details Tried thrice this week and same result
Can any of the 2174 applicant check as to till when the apps are considered to be within cap?

srip17, had the same thing when i called up last week. The lady (probably the same one as you had), kept saying she wouldnt be able to find my details with my name or DOB and the only way to contact CIC was by email (which I already had on 05.08.13) I didnt tell her which noc I was applying for, probably wouldn't make much difference anyway

That doesn't go with the current applications' processing pace .

The lady mentioned by end of Sep they would finish (as per your reply stage3) all applications received till 31 of August.
However till today (5th of Sep) they are still in applications received during 2-3 week of June.
No way they finish rest of June, July and August applications in three weeks! :'(

It would make sense if they finish Stage 1 only by end of Sep.

Hope this makes sense.

YES. I sent application on 2nd AUG 2013, but it took 7 days to reach CIC. Sent via DHL.

Just got a confirmation from my consultant that he has received my PER, but he is on leave today. My ECAS status is "in Process" & it says your app was received on 12th June' 2013.

I will let you all know the exact details as soon as i receive that email from him tomorrow.
