since the whole thing about new law that's been passed, and the whole may 4th fama, i believe that it has to be much shorter, since the whole process of receiving apps for this year will end in april 2014. therefore, i believe that the whole process, after receiving per should not be longer than 6 months... in the other hand, the strike has complicated everything... but i'm certain it will end soon! so, my naive guess is that everyone who have received their pers do far, should be in canada latest in february 2014. well, at least that's what i'm going with, otherwise, i'd go nuts! ;D

So, our assumptions regarding Lesser applications received in June/July/August is coming true.
now there are 2 cases, (June 17, June 13) where CC are charged. So good news, it is getting faster.

01. Since your experience in your primary NOC is 1 and 1/2 years (less than 2 years) you will get 9 points for your work experience.

02. No issues for education since it is not MANDATORY to have qualification in H&S. Also 2263 is a non-regulated profession in Canada. Check here officially:

Thankx for providing useful information. I am 6th June applIcant but did not recieve any update from cic don't know what happened with my application my payment method was DD.

my suggestion is to make a huge cup of coffee, get cozy and laugh! coffee will keep you up, so you'll be able to refresh your email fast, getting cozy will help you feel better, if possible, and laughing produces endorphin, which will keep you sane while you're waiting! i don't see much other possibilities! 8)
