hello friends i got my package back yesterday

....earlier when i got info from cic dat my file is returned on july 15.... dat time they also gave the reason.....
1. missing travel form
2.no birthcertificate included or secondary school record

bt when i got my pacage back ....both my n my spouse bc were there....i dont know why they didnt find birth certi or they hv find any problem in it.....

bt they also included a note ....
"if u r unable to provide ur bc or secodary school record which show ur date of birth n parantage ,please provide an affidavite which include ur date of birth...ur full name...n ur parents name......"


i am in big dillema ....wat to do now...?

the one thing i want to specify ...dat my birth certificate detail in english ....bt it is hand -written from authority....so dat is d main culprit......or what


plesae guide ........all views are too essential....

sorry to interpt between cc charge n PER BUT....NEED OPINION I DONT WANT TO TACK CAHNCE AGAIN ...DATS WHY I AM POSTING IT AGAIN

Dear sameer,, as per your msg, it seems that main culprit in your file would be travel form and MIGHT BE YOU HAD PUT YOUR BC NOT IN SEUENCIAL MANNER/officer might not interpret English which is written on bc form.... So NOW IT IS BETTER TO MAKE AFFIDAVIT ALSO AND ENCLOSE BOTH BC AND AFFIDAVIT... And ensure to put cover letter explaining things happen till now...

And also put cover letter on top of every set of docs enclosed stating their sequence as per checklist it will help CIC officer to identify perticular docs eaily....

Congrats Mankaran , so they confirmed that they sent per to your consultant? You have heard early then since you paid with a DD.

They havent confirmed anything as yet. I only got to hear that thing on IVR when i called up CIC just a few moments back. Normally, if one hears this thing on IVR then it is presumed that PER is on its way. Since i filed my application thru consultant, it will go to them first. Then the consultant will forward me the PER mail. ;D

I am having query.
During my application time Indian Rupee was 56 Rs/CAD
Today it is 65Rs/CAD
It has caused my proof of funds dip by 400 $ below the required capital for 2 people. (it was 14,714.30 CAD then and now it is 13376.64).
Will it cause a problem?
Do you have an idea if CIC will accept it?
kindly reply help..

Dear sameerkpatel125, really sorry to hear about the return of your application. I would urge you rectify the issues and resend the application. You still have a good chance.
I find it a bit odd why a hand written document was sent as birth certificate..

as for now no problem they wil consider the former exchange rate .. but later on u can send the revised statements if asked by VO..

Hi, In my opinion it will not matter. I think after PER when file is forwarded to VO, then this comes into picture. Seniors please advise..

Hi. Yes I am from Pakistan but live in UAE. I am also 6th June applicant. My CC was charged on 20 August and I got my UCI on 26 August over the phone. The IVR says that my application was received by CIC on 6 June.
