I got a PCC request for my wife from Vienna VO today in e-mail (yes, I forgot to request and send it also for her in May, and only sent mine), in case it worth mentioning in the spreadsheet. No medical though. I have 60 days to send it, but I will try to get/translate/send it early next week. I hope my app will not be BFD'd for 60 days...

Would you please tell us when u got PER and which date ur application was received.

hello friends i got my package back yesterday

....earlier when i got info from cic dat my file is returned on july 15.... dat time they also gave the reason.....
1. missing travel form
2.no birthcertificate included or secondary school record

bt when i got my pacage back ....both my n my spouse bc were there....i dont know why they didnt find birth certi or they hv find any problem in it.....

bt they also included a note ....
"if u r unable to provide ur bc or secodary school record which show ur date of birth n parantage ,please provide an affidavite which include ur date of birth...ur full name...n ur parents name......"


i am in big dillema ....wat to do now...?

the one thing i want to specify ...dat my birth certificate detail in english ....bt it is hand -written from authority....so dat is d main culprit......or what


plesae guide ........all views are too essential....

Hey roya..i can well understand the pain of waiting u r experiencing......u dnt have to worry abt ur application since u r sure it was complete...patience is the key. You will get ur PER soon Inshallah. As u have a job offer u dnt need to worry abt the cap either....all the best good news is arouns the corner

actually my job offer does not have HRSDC approval which means there is only brings a few points for me and there is a 300 cap for my application as well...

could you tell me who told you that they have returned your package? did they send you an email earlier?
I am a May 27, 2131, and I have not received any thing yet... they might have returned my application as yours but they didnt notify me at all and even I called them million times but they didnt help me

Called up CIC just now. It says my application was received on 12th June' 2013. NOC 2132. Admins you can update the spreadsheet. PER will be sent to my consultant first. Hopefully, within the next few days, PER will be in my mailbox too ;D ;D ;D

Hi Sameer, your NOC is not that hot at the moment. Take emergency leaves from work for next couple of days and run for travel docs/form, DOB/affidavit etc. Pay some money and get your file validated from a consultant (if you like to be double sure).

sameer hv u reapplied?

if they r nt satisfied wid the bc u provided then give them the affidavit.. all born before 1990 can make affidavit to b used as bc
