wAIT TILL THEY UPDATE ivr...YOU DON'T NEED TO GO TO LADY..IF ITS UPDATED YOU WILL GET A CHANCE TO HEAR IT BEFORE TRANSFERING TO ANY AGENT..

Dear Seniors,

From Spreadsheet:

Tausifh- sINGAPORE- 49 DAYS TO GET aor?

Derricktse- 46 DAYS!

pumaca-48 DAYS

While India and Hongkong er getting from 12-23 days....As Singapore is a HUB : Why its taking so much time to send out AOR?
