Congrats to charged and PERd users. My thoughts and prayers go out to those with returned apps, cap issues and general concerns about the process.

I wish I could say something like some other cold-blooded cool people were saying here
"I was on business trip(vacation) recently and completely forgot about all this application thing, so I did not check my e-mail for a week or so.
When,accidentally, I checked it, my PER letter was there. Right on schedule. Admins update my status." 8)

But I am not that cool and my balls is not made of steel. :'( ;D
Although being through months and months of tense waiting I think I will gradually develop it. 8)
The truth is, I was eagerly awaiting for this coveted e-mail and checked my box every half an hour last few days.
And finally, yesterday's morning I've got it!!! I received my PER!!!
ECAS status also showing IN PROCESS now!!!
I feel so glad and relieved now.
I made it to the next level of our waiting game. ;D

I am a 2132 NOC application reached on 06/24/2013, can you guys please tell approx when will the CC be charged and when do you guys think I should have my AOR. If all goes well!

NDVO is working, my brother has got his work visa in just one month and his little baby got her visitor visa in just 17days. NDVO is working at full pace for these category e.g. work, visitor, study etc. but yes, there is very low progress for FSW 2013 applicants as they may be taking this category on low priority due to subject strike action.

This is really good news for applicants from NDVO

came to know from other forums for NOC 2174, still they are receiving PERS and getting charged........don't know whats going on in CIO....cap is already full still how people getting charged and receiving PERS? amazing!

If that´s true, then it confirms my thoughts:
applications that are just checked and complete + applications that were already charged + applications that already received PER onwards = the ones that are in the 300 cap

which means that are still hope for June/July applicants.

Actually the job description for a particular NOC should match atleast 60% of NOC duties... that is all..
