I am a 31st May applicant and my application is on its way back. The reason they say is that I included a photocopy of my ECA instead of original. I got 2 originals from ECA out of which I sent one to them. I dont know why they say that I have not included original assessment.


My WES service was : FSWP Credential Assessment Package and the Delivery message from WES was: Evaluation Report, 2 copies sent by US/Intl, Registered Mail, Date Sent: May 21, 2013

Any idea what is wrong here?

Also, I will resend my application with the Original assessment if I have indeed included a photocopy. Will I be considered as a 31st May applicant or a fresh applicant? And what if I actually sent an Original assessment only? Can I request them to consider me as a 31st May applicant?

Please reply as this is important. For me and my future.

You will be considered as a fresh applicant if you reapply.

Yes.. tell them that you are a may 31 applicant and have not heard anything on the status have written to CIO 25 days ago but no response. If they can check if your file was received

I called CIC again....a guy spoke and he said that they dont have authority to check the file and they cannot give any information over the phone....

Wrong question you just need to check if they had your file...

I din't get you..I mean, should I have asked them if they have my file..I already have my UCI which I got a week earlier. I gave my UCi and in return was told that they cannot provide further information other than UCI.

Cant say anything at the moment yesterday when the lady from cic gave me my uci tht time she said its a good news u have uci so just wait.

1. how did you find that your app is sent back?
2. if you are sure that you includeed in the app one of the two evaluation report received from WES, than is possible to be another issue of returning; if they said that this is the only reason of returning, ... then you just had hardluck and been evaluated by the most stupid officer...
3. apply ASAP... you will be a fresh applicant and succes it's not guarranted, but, who knows....

What is the email address of CIC to send PER ?
Do they use the same address if they want to inform us they have returned our apps?
It is a good idea to have a sheet containing all possible email addresses. Do we have somewhere?

when did u r appln reach CIC? Mine reached on 31st May..........and 30th May was the last cc charged for 2174...........
