Yes, i think UCI number is generated even if your file gets rejected.

Just a little suggestion:

As per my understanding the number of PERs issues represents CIC cap updates. If possible, can you please show the number of PER recieved against CIC cap updates in "Application recieved by NOC" spread sheet. Replacing Forum NOC charged by PERs issued and CIC NOC charged to CAP update. As CC charged are more than PERs so our data and percentage doesnt show the real picture. Just a thought

No havent received anything. Called last week and managed to get a UCI number. Tried calling yesterday. They said no agent available.
