I believe for NOC 1112 , there are lot of applications in the middle of processing ,
i.e from marked as completed to PER to be received . But certainly this is not a
good sign if others are moving ,,, , to some extent not good for 2174 also ,... but we
never know what CIC is actually doing ;D so wait and watch

Is there any news from poor noc 1112??

I got an email from CIC. It says that my application has been received and my UCI and application number has also been mentioned. This email means that I got PER.

can someone pls help me I applied for FSW in 2011 I received an Email to submit updated forms 2 or 3 and and also updated reference letter from employer...can someone plz help me what to do submit to keep my application alive as I am currently not working for some company .

{My Opinion} Nothing says you have to be employed at present...get detailed letters from past employers, specifically those who are under the NOC code that you applied under, also be very careful to ensure that you use the most recent versions of the forms they requested.

I have submitted the original of the required documents not copies? Can this be a problem or it is better? ! I mean all the submitted birth, marriage, educational, work experience certificates and bank statement are originals. Knowing that I have another complete set of these originals.

In regard to submission of original documents, what is the risk? Is it refusal of the application because of submission of originals or loosing these documents in case of returning my application? Please respond to my enquiry ASAP.

Any more ideas and/or experiences!

I personally feel that Visa Officer should be more Confident signing your PER after all an Original is worth more than a duplicate !! Who cares if it gets lost or Never returned (in case of PR) or do you have the another set of originals or how much will it cost to get another.... that's your prerogative. By sending Originals at first place you have it written-off from your books, understood & accepted the risk, so you have nothing to loose going forward

I want to send the affidavit and my 10th class certificate now. Can somebody adice the correct way to do it. What information should I provide and how so cic people may attach it with my original application. They may not care to attach to my original app but want to try my luck. Need your inputs. I think CIC is catching up with PERs. Once they catch up they will starting charging CCs and DDs with lightning speed

That's exactly what is happening. In previous weeks CCs were few days (5-6) ahead from PERs and now PERs and CCs are nearly toe to toe (1-2 days difference). My guess would be that CIC is reaching the cap for some codes and tries to come to some exact number before start charging again. In this manner they avoid making mistakes like charging CCs of applicants from few days ahead and then say " Oops! sorry, the cap was filled."
Not intending to be negative, just trying to figure out the situation...
