I am tempted to think so 2174 and 1112 are very hot NOCs but what happens if some NOCs dont get the needed 300 apps? Are they just going to say well we have just 100 Applicants for XXXX Noc so lets leave it that way. NO i guess they may increase allocation to 1112 and 2174. These is a mere speculation but it makes sense to think so. They may be reviewing that process. Thats why they are still accepting applications into those NOCs but not charging CCs yet. Things will pick up a bit faster as today progresses.

So that would be great . I hope they would consider your idea .

PER says "Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing. " which is New Delhi (as per form filled).
I have a query for Senior members.

1) After receiving Positive report(PR) what are the chances to receive PR?
2) I have seen other members receive AOR. What is AOR? Will I receive AOR from the visa office?
3) As per PR rules we need show 6-7 lakhs funds. I have shown upto 10 lakhs. Can i withdraw the excess funds now?

Your chances are bright provided you clear some checks, Medicals etc (details at http://fswp2013.wordpress.com/faqs/ )

AOR is Acknowledgement of receipt letter. Yes you will receive it from NDVO

I don't think pending cases in new delhi are 4371 as that number is shown as total number of application. Out of 4371, final decision has been taken for 3,820.
Based on that I think pending number of application will be lower than what we are thinking.

Please correct me if I am Wrong. My H1B visa is about to expire so i may have to transfer my file to New Delhi. I don't believe there will be 72 month waiting time but lets see.

Some thoughts regarding waiting time for different VOs.

Some time ago the former Minister of Citizenship and Immigration Jason Kenney twitted that 2013 FSWP applications will go to the back of the queue: https://twitter.com/kenneyjason/status/303391883483299843

It is obvious that there is a separate FSWP queue in each VO and the number of applications in queue (backlog) is different among various VOs.
The following document (from CIC) shows backlogs for different VOs as of April 9, 2013: http://www.cic.gc.ca/opendata-donneesouvertes/data/000023-eng.xls

If we look at the sheet "SW - Cases", we can see that the current backlog for New Delhi is 4,371 cases.
For Hong Kong it's just 56 cases - this small number could explain the fact that some applicants from HKVO have already received Medical Exam requests.
As far as I remember, some applicants from Beijing VO reported no Medical Exam requests so far, and this could be explained by the fact that Beijing has 981 cases in queue.
