Dear Seniors,

I just received police report from overseas which has 3 months expiry date mentioned. But I have not received the PER mail yet. I am afraid until I get the PER mail, the report will be expired, In this case do you have any suggestion pls?

Many thanks for your suggestion.

Thank you!

Its a good thing you have it. Its easier to do a renewal than starting from the scratch eventually. All the best.

hi all....i have one query...its a futuristic question...as this forum is at CC charge or PER stage....i searched internet....and i found that its almost impossible to find a job specially in engineering ...i m a chemical eng..there r lot of horror stories of immigrants...please guide

Hello Admins,

My heartiest congratulations to all those who have CC charged and received PR.

Admins, you have done a great job maintaining the data of applicants. I had been a silent observer for long time of the spreadsheets. It has been of great help to me.

Please add me to the spreadsheet too.

Category........: FSW
Visa Office......: NEW DELHI
NOC Code......: 2174
App. Sent.......: 21-05-2013
Appl Filed.......: 16-05-2013
CC Charged....: 24-07-2013
Per Received..: 01-08-2013

PER says "Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing. " which is New Delhi (as per form filled).
I have a query for Senior members.

1) After receiving Positive report(PR) what are the chances to receive PR?
2) I have seen other members receive AOR. What is AOR? Will I receive AOR from the visa office?
3) As per PR rules we need show 6-7 lakhs funds. I have shown upto 10 lakhs. Can i withdraw the excess funds now?

Hi Frnds

iam new in this form....I need ur Help...
i wanna apply FSW category .....i am BCA.computer Engineer.
how can i apply or .......which NOC i can apply.....or 2nd For Education evaluatione else where to apply WES or sme where Else.....
is dat Complusery to University Exam controller will sign on marksheet or send to WES office.

Please give us details about the field in which you are having work experience in last 10 years. It has to be at least 1 continuous year. From your qualification you seems to fit for NOC 2174 or 2147.

Education evaluation is compulsory if you have done your studies outside Canada. For details you need to check http://www.wes.org/ca/fswp/index.asp

Thanks bro for clarifying my doubts. and If possible, I can put both the separate covers in one bigger envelope and can send it once as well. Is it?

Yes you can. Only thing you should make sure that "Envelop signed by univ is sealed".

I have submitted the original of the required documents not copies? Can this be a problem or it is better? !I mean all the submitted birth, marriage, educational, work experience certificates and bank statement are originals.

Is there any response?

All Set....They should be charging credit cards today.......

Yes, I received an email today confirming that my docs had reached the VO in Warsaw. The subject line is: Acknowledgement of Receipt Letter/bp - Application_number My_first_and_last_name. But if I'm not mistaken not all VOs send such emails. Also, I think if you got PER then your docs look fine in general and the guys in CIC won't have problems sending your package to the right VO.

Good luck

Thank you for reply. My lawyer confirmed that my file will be forwarded (if not done already) to Case Processing Pilot: Ottawa, Ontario.
Not sure if all US/Canada files are going there. I will have to check out processing time of CPP-O

Thanks,
Jigs

I think you are in real trouble. They may send your file back and they send it by ordinary post. How could you take this much risk of sending original documents ? What if they get lost in transit ?

I really have no suggestions for you but I have read somewhere in the instruction guide or document checklist (don't remember exactly) that you should not send original documents unless asked.

Yes only IELTS and PCC is required in original, rest documents should be copies.
