No No No ...Idima , I wasn't mentioning FSW program only , and answers were not given carefully
and you read again in a light mood without giving any proper attention to the question.. :)
I and someone else answered your question, count your points and provided you with link on CIC web-page with FSW language eligibility rules.

You have thrown another link to Manitobian provincial program, where they count points differently and have different rules. Obviously, you were not satisfied with the answers given to you, claiming we both were wrong. Why should I argue?

What program are you applying, man?
If provincial, then, obviously you have chosen the wrong thread. ;)

And remember, there is no experts of certified consultants here. Everybody can be wrong here, so take any advise here with discretion. (point number 9)

OK, I've just realized that one of the numbers on my previous Temporary Visitor Visa could be a UCI number (it doesn't say so on the visa and is present only in my latest visa), so I tried to log into ECAS... and voila! IT WORKED ;D But it only had a checkbox with the option of withdrawing my consent to make my info viewable online. There was nothing else there :(

Good. Keep checking ECAS if you have paid via DD. once your file is successful and DD is encashed, it will show "in process" in the system. Good luck.

Added. Apologies for the late add.

Guys I'm not sure we're doing all that good to us or CIC by calling them several times per day or week. What do you think?

UPDATE:
I can log in ECAS now using UCI and/or Immigration File Number which I received earlier from Call Center, and I can see the status "In Process". ;D

* Though, No official confirmation from CIC in terms of PER & the bank never responded me ::)

EDIT: This update was done sometime yesterday [Sunday].

Congrats Jigzyy! May the force be with you :D

@ idima
well I dont want to indulge in any sort of argument,
was only requesting to read carefully before answering and not to take any question
lightly just by giving links :P,
that question was very specific and I didn't mention Manitoba's PNP, FYKI.

Seniors may clarify about this too...

Similar doubt I had but ,

at then end of the page, of the above link , there is a table to calculate the language points , most probably which implies that
marks should be calculated according to CLB level of each ability so in my opinion
you should get 20 points .

[/I'm afraid it's the opposite, there is no CLB for each ability, it's a mapping between IELTS skills to one CLB LEVEL
CHECK immigratemanitoba language section CLB calculator]

I'm afraid it's the opposite, there is no CLB for each ability, it's a mapping between IELTS skills to one CLB LEVEL

You know how they says, ask 2 experts and you get 3 different opinions. ;D

I provided you with CIC web-link with all info necessary, help yourself.
No expert or senior knows more than it is written there.
