This is a perfect quest to worthy of an answer.

The Schedule 3 form for which Marta was rejected was updated on May 3. While the Generic Form was updated late on May 4.

I used the checklist and Schedule 3 forms updated on May 3 but Generic Form with the old date.

If Marta used both the old generic form and Schedule 3 forms, and only got rejected because of Schedule 3...then, one could imply that the old generic form is valid since no content change was done. While the format and content of Schedule 3 was greately changed.

I have send the application with the older version of document checklist, generic form and schedule 3 form, i am worried about its acceptance.
I am confused, if this forms were updated on 4th may then how come the application that have reached CIC on 4th may were with the new version of it. And if those application reaching the CIC on 4th May were with older version then how were they accepted???
Its a big question, eating my head......

Just give him all the details here in Green color required as per spreadsheet and any of the admin will upload your details.

Only Admins have the access to update/edit the spreadsheet details. just let them know what you need to add in the sheet.

Bottom line for you...

Old generic forms are accepted by CIC. Many used it and got it through.
Old Schedule 3 forms are not accepted by CIC. If you have sent application with old schedule 3 then it will be returned to you like Marta's.

Unfortunately cant help you there, I received an email from CIC for my approved visitor visa and UCI was listed there.
I am not sure from when they started using UCI, may be it is recent development.
I applied for my visitor on April, got approval in Mid May and got stamped passport in June.

Just to understand, if I show the eca report for masters degree, can I skip the undergraduate degree (bachelors).
Or both the degrees will have to be evaluated.

Why do you ask this question? Just trying to understand how will it harm you if you provide bachelor's also? Its better to be cautious than repent later for a silly mistake especially when it is relating to Visa.

UCI is very recent then. I got my visit visa last July and only Document number is mentioned in passport. there is nothing called UCI number on the page.

Why do you ask this question? Just trying to understand how will it harm you if you provide bachelor's also? Its better to be cautious than repent later for a silly mistake especially when it is relating to Visa.

If you get your Bachelor's degree, say, from Asia, and, say, your Master's from the US, and you are currently in the US, it would be much easier and faster to get your documents ready for your American degree than for your Bachelor's degree. Besides, it is mentioned on the CIC Instruction Guide 7000 (for FSWP), that you will be awarded points for the highest educational credential (Canadian equivalent)

You will be awarded up to 25 points for your highest completed Canadian educational credential or for your highest equivalency to a completed Canadian educational credential. You may also be eligible to receive points for certain combinations to two Canadian (or equivalent) educational credentials.

They don't care about the total number of years anymore.

If your Master's degree somehow got evaluated only as a Bachelor's, then there may be an incentive to get your other Bachelor's degree evaluated too to claim maximum possible points. If your degree has already been evaluated as a Canadian equivalent of Master's degree, even if you have 5 other Bachelor's degrees, it won't improve your educational points.
