Reporting CC Charge
I had come to know about this only after inquiring from the bank of pending transactions. It seems due to various banking procedures we may not get notified about CC charge immediately.I would like to inform people waiting to not get depressed and make an inquiry with your respective bank. Please Do consider banking delays to get your notification give it at least 2 days from the day you hear of cc charge from others of the same date as your application. It would be in your best interest to inform the bank beforehand of the expectant transaction so that they could process it without delay.

I am a bit worried about the letters of reference we provided. The duties are a mix of 70% 2131 and 30% 2234, but we wrote exactly as per NOCs

I did the same, as per the NOC description given on the HRDC. I believe that it is best to keep it simple and similar to what is given in the job duties description As this is Only To Satisfy the immigration Officials that Did indeed do what we claim to have done. It is a kind of verification from the companies end. Also keeping the information very basic and generic as per job descriptions on HRDC would prevent you from breaking any TOS - to reveal any confidential particulars of your job. Even the companies in concern would have no problem
in providing you with reference letters as you just asking for confirmation on the nature of your job. Reference letters for Immigration arenot your resume/cv so do not treat it as such.

I've changed the wording like plan -> planning, reduced some words.
Is it OK or. Do you know where to look for job duties description?

^ True your reference letters should not be a copy paste. This is where your good IELTS scores will come in handy for you to word the sentenses job descrptions differently yet keeping the essential meaning same. This of course only if they match to what you have actually done.
you cant fib about roles and - responsibilities as this is a very very serious issue and can be very easily verified.

One app from my country few years ago, wrote a description for his job duties and he got a letter from CIC to be more accurate and to reform the descriptions for job duties so he wrote the ones from CIC and it was OK.
Don't know what to do. Any sugestions?

see now a days CIC is very specific and if they found false/ have doubt they will check with your employer

try to write only what you have done actully

And why do you want to omit these two docs?

I don't want to omit these documents, but if I notarize then I need to get them translated (translated the notary seal with info) since in my country they don't give you an english seal on the back of the document that is notarized.
So do I have to notarize passport and ID copies?
