Lawyer simply said they will help in my application if i pay them for their opinion.. I will still have to decide if I will go with Lawyer at this point (as I am preety sure my documents are 99 % good..just 1% could be wrong, which i can correct and resend the file if returend)

Well based on pepto's experience I dont this they keep the record of returned application like exp letters, paystub..
But they may be keeping those originals like PCC, IELTS.., ECA etc

Sachin9183, Harry, : in your returned application did they returned all dcouments ? Did they mentioned in rejection letter about their intention to keep records at their end for future reference?

Buddys I lost my patience and decide to try again on CIC hotline!
U know what, the lady answered me, she can clearly say what is my mobile and home address!
The here comes, she said my DD is encased at June 20th and she find my application number and UCI number!
Again, she asked me to check with the email adderess to see why I did not receive PER yet, But from the timeline I know maybe I should wait till TMW!

Guys try to call 001-613-944-4000 and choose 1-2-1-2-2, then u have the info u r eager for!

I-man and Nirmal! Is ur application number also start with E000xxxxxx, and UCI start with 90xxxxxx? Pls help to confirm!

Hi, my friend applied under Federal skilled trades, his application was return, everything that he sent he got back, including Ielts and PCC.

All the people who have got UCIs so far seem to have used DD, is there anybody with a CC payment got an UCI?

I am wondering why it is so late for them to send me an email! It's been more than a week in my case!
