I have applied on NOC category 3211. My application has reached CIC on 25th June 2013 for this category.

I have just checked and found that so far 1 out of 300 applications for the category 3211 has been accepted as on 4th May 2013.Could anyone please inform me what are my chances to get into the 300 mark ?

Thanks.

Congrats to JIGS, Nirmal and I-man.

Its been a good start to Thursday.

Hopefully, if this continues it should take a year to get all done. (Fingers crossed)

Given the NOC category you fall into, you will surely make it to final 300.

I gave lots of details for job description/experience. My firm do not provide detail job duties so I wrote an explanation letter along with reference letters from team mates(not manager). My firm provided job duties for my h1b visa to US consulate I attached those too. I used some letters that were addressed to US consulate for my h1b along with explanation letter offcourse.

Currently I am in office but I can provide you details later on.
By the way, I am java developer.

Since it is clearly mentioned by CIC to get the ECA done before submitting the application, I don't think anyone would dare to submit without an ECA. Even if they does, I am sure CIC will just return the application than to ask for an ECA.

Super, smart way to go about it. :D

And they mailed you today?

Interesting! That means Farhan and I may probably expect to get some form of communication by tomorrow or so (my CC was charged on 19th).

The DD of i-Man was encashed on Jun 18. Your CC was charged on 19 and mine was on 20th. So we may get some communication from CIO tomorrow (probably you) or on Monday (may be true in may case, as mine was charged 1 day after yours).
good luck.

@JIG11 did they give you an en-cashment date for the DD??

Just received email from lawyers that my DD has been cashed by CIO, they are waiting for PER and UCI.
Finally some good news for me.

Congrats to JIGS, Nirmal and I-man! ;)
Looks like CIC does work in a FIFO like manner after all and that there's about a week (6 work days) of delay between fee encashing and PER notification.

Just got the package from WES. Now the wait for IELTs results continues. :D

Congrats to JIGS, Nirmal and I-man. Wishing good luck for all of us.
