for paying by credit card, should I fill in the " fee payment form" and send it with the package? that's it ?
will CIC charge my credit card with the form's information? no online payment ? no receipt from me ?

Correct. Correctly fill the payment form with all the CC information and you are good to go for payment.

1. Online payment is not available.
2.You will get your receipt together with PER , provided everything goes good.
