i dont know wat is the reason..

may b coz i renewed my passport.. or coz last time i got visa from london and this time i applied from Delhi.. whateva is the case

but i dont know know whether this applies to u or nt.. but this is my personal experience :)

Thanks for sharing your experience.. I have both visas on same passport/VO.. i was also surprised to c same # on both visas..visit visa in my country is issued through local VO..whereas economic class application is entertained in london VO..may b this could creat some difference..who knows except CIC ::) lets c

Hi guys,
I have question and I would like seniors to help me this it.

I am from Colombia but currently living in the UK so my visa office is London; the issue here is that I have a temporary residence permit and it expires in October 2013. We are planing to do some traveling so we are not going back to Colombia directly from the UK.

I already received my PER so I want to know if I have to transfer my application to a different visa office or if I can leave it here in London for a while?? how does this works??

I have been trying to find the rules about changing VO but could't find anything.

I hope someone can help me with this.

Thanks to all.

Visa Office cannot be changed once requested. You'll have to stick with London VO. However, you may send them Case Specific Inquiry and tell them situation.

hi Mahyn i already told about this.. no magic words needed..lol.. its just that if some "Nice" lady ans ur call she will give info...
coz till yest my fone was answered by not so gentlemen males working there but today wen i called around 3 .. i got lucky and the lady on phone gave me the UCI num.. :)

So, buoyed by maina's successful call, I called up CIC again and this time I got the "nice lady" this time. :-*
However, after looking up my surname, firstname , DOB, passport no.. she cudnt find it in the system :'(

So either my application has been .......... :( :( :( or still in the queue :-[

::) :-[ :( :'(

wait 3-4 days more..relax and watch some movies.. this forum is very very addictive...

I would have opted fr CC if i knew earlier that DD would take such a long days... some one suggested its more safer n efficient but....NEways lets chilll...

Interesting, didn't know they allowed that for FSWP

I am submitting within Canada. The Online fess option was the preferred method as per the Information guide.
There was no category for FSW but in the CIC online payment FAQs it was mentioned that the Amount matters and not the category so I paid the fees online and they sent a receipt to my email. I just attached the receipt with the payment form. Just making sure there is no CC or DD realization problem.
