Hi everyone

it has been passing almost 70 days but still did nt get any replay from CIC. i dont know why they are soo late as i have submitted my application on 16th May. :( :(

Hi,
I have been reading and going through the posts of this forum for quite some time now. I will shortly share details regarding application which can be added to the tracking sheet.

I must say, with the help of this forum, we saved a lot of money that would have been wasted giving away to consultants.

1. My mode of payment is demand draft ? Does it delays the receiving of PER ?
2. My online status shows "IN PROCESS" shall i breath the sign of relief that my application would have passed MI, completeness check and other criteria ?
3. Do CIC update online status only after getting postive eligibility check, MI check and completeness check but just waiting for the payment ?

Q. I have managed to get UCI over the phone, my status on ecas says “In Process“. Is it a good news?

Once the PER has been issued, how much more time does it take for the application to reach the Visa office? Will the VO request the PCCs immediately on receiving the application or are PCCs to be arranged at a later stage when the VO has done the detailed scrutiny of the applications (near to medical stage). Kindly advise.

Hi,
I have 2 queries:
1) At the time of sending the application, my work experience was less than 4 years but now it is 4 years complete. Will they consider 4 years or 3 years 11 months?
2) At the time of sending application, we did not have Relative in Canada. Now, spouse's sister has received PR. What should we do? Our application was received on 20-06-2013.

Dear Admin and Members,

I need your advise regarding my case as:
I am a doctor working as Sonographer having more than 2 years of experience.
Questions.

1. My salary is not paid by any slip or in bank, due to a private hospital, I got all my salary by hand in Cash, so how can I provide my salary slip or salary details, as I have requested my employer to mention the pay in my experience certificate. But will it be enough for proceeding the case?

2. I'll proceed for attestation of degree so which body in Canad can verify / attest (WES) ? or anybody else?

your prompt response is solicited

Your self calculated points are 73 are based upon which condition?
if your points are 67 or + why do you want to include this?

btw to prove relative in canada you need to submit supporting documents which are not submitted (I assume as you say at the time you file no one was there) so its not possible for you to get that points.

you need not to submit salary slip (its not mandatory), you can prove the same by including your salary details in your ref. letter

the main important thing is ref. letter inclusing your job duration, type of job and Job duties.

You can arrange to get your assessment from:
•Comparative Education Service – University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies
•International Credential Assessment Service of Canada
•World Education Services
•Medical Council of Canada (professional body)

Mate,
I knw the status shows in process in CIO, but the eligibility is still not confirmed. I am not being pessimistic, but I am trying not to give false hopes.
It shows inprocess coz the CC has been charged, but final say hasn't been done.
I do sincerely expect the PER but have there done that, I have been rejected at this stage in 2011.
this is my 4th application.
