I'm on a similar situation (a baby is coming in September)
Since my file was recently transferred to my local VO, I asked them about it, see their answer below.
Since these instructions may vary upon the VO, I'd recommend you to wait.

Sorry to hear mate but I do not think CIO will consider the case. If thats the case, then CIO will be bombarded with missing applications all the time. The original application kit is what matters to CIO. If that is incomplete, then your application will be sent back to you. You may re-apply with fresh set of application forms but it should always be the complete application kit, not bits and pieces.

Thanks I , I just spoke to a Lady @ CIC.
I asked her if my application will be returned, since I have wrongly mentioned my wife's name instead of my name as the spouse of my wife
she said she is not sure, since she does not process applications.

she asked me to send an email , which she is not sure of when it will be answered.

@ jigzyy and islandbabe, any suggestions

Do as she says. write a cover letter and send the corrected document...via email, fax and courier. Try everything until they tell you , that you were unsuccessful.......But at least try!!!!

I have faxed them the covering letter and fee payment form along with sending them scanned copies. Don't know how fruitful it's gonna turn up.

There is a similar case of gogabutt , his one missing form somehow got accepted
but what saravK is saying, unfortunately is a harsh bitter truth, but still you can try

Dear Skhzskhz,

When you apply for credential assessment for Masters ; generally like "WES" they ask for Bachelors also . If they have assess your MS = MS in Canada or Bachelors = Bachelors in Canada, then you can send whatever you have.
The only problem seems that; if you are counting points for MS and have submitted Bachelors assessment ; probably you will get score based on Bachelors and not on Masters.

For CIC you need to submit your Matric, Inter, Bachelors & MS documents. (Assessment for Bachelors & MS only)

This is my view & I am not an authority.
hey I wan 2 knw dt,..if we evaluate only bachelor degree n we hv masters 2 bt if v dnt evaluate it..can cause any trouble for us...? Nwht if our masters from uk, we need evaluation still?

CIC no where says that you need to get all your degrees/diplomas etc. evaluated; however, as rightly said you will ONLY get points for the degrees for which evaluation report has been submitted.

For e.g. If you have bachelor and master degrees, but you have only got ECA for bachelor's, you will get points only for bachelor's and not masters irrespective of the fact if you are submitting your masters' documents along with your application to CIC.

Please update my file being returned. Will mention the date once i get the letter. Cheers!!!
