they tried charging me from 15th to 17th...i entered expiry year as 2016 instead of 2015.....so that's the mistake

How come you know that, as they are trying to charge you from 15-17.

Man, now its time to take action don't wait fill it, fax it, scan it, email it and physically courier it. You will be at advantage because of Sat. Sun as your docket will be travelling but the offices will be closed so chances of returning is less.

Anyway, what I suggest is please fill the new form of Payment, get the UCI from call center by giving your details and please send it immediately through UPS, if you are from delhi.

I have seen that DHL shunting system sometime gets stucked and courier get roaming around the Canada.

Fedex is also a good choice.

Call on Call Center number and ask for an update, tell your situation, they might be able to tell you your current status. IF the package is still no returned, then fax etc, else no use.
