You are referring to Visa Off - I am in Islamabad so what will be the VO for me and how to select it - is it from drop down?

And there are some forms on which I cannot print on computer so can I enter information with pen?

Pleas also confirm that the application kit available on cic website is the only available app kit for FSWP 2013

For those who mailed applications on May 4th, which Generic form did you use? Coz as per my knowledge, Generic Form IMM0008 was updated on Saturday evening (which is odd as they should have updated that on Fri).

This is really not fair!!!!

I mailed the application on the 4th of May using the form which was available Friday evening. They changed the Instruction guide and everything Friday evening. How could they change the Generic form after announcing that the new forms are available!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And what does this mean that my application will be returned because I did not use the new form which WAS NOT available when applying?!
Please share your thoughts.

London, United Kingdom is the Visa Office responsible for Economic Applications for Pakistan. So you will write it down.

For applications that are not printable [travel history], use black pen to write. The new kit is available.

carry on.....if u r enough to reach 67 points without spouse, spouse IELTS is not required

I do not require the points for spouse IELTS but on form Schedule 3 question no 7c Is your spouse proficient it English? If I type yes they ask to provide the language test result. What should be done?

Tick No. As you are providing no IELTS for her. It won't effect your application.

Oops. The new one says 2013-04 :s I found that out too on Sunday. I have had 2012-12 printed and signed on Saturday, but my DD wasn't made on that do, so I was not able to send it. But, on Sunday, I opened the application randomly on my other PC, and the date was changed at the bottom. I am not sure when it was changed, but the new has the 2013-04 date.

Ah damn. The thing is, they might have updated on Friday, but the issue is that, they replaced the same damn name file on the server, and whoever have opened the old one before, will get the same old file (as it is cached!!). Either the CIC web administrator is stupid, or CIC is smart :/

I am not tech expert but I think u r right. I checked the website on Sunday noon my time (Canadian time Saturday night), the version is still 2012-12. I think that is because my PC has error and actually did not close on Saturday night. Then I take my package along with me to another city for business trip. Gosh, when I open my pc again in the hotel in Sunday night, I found the version is 2013-04! I am in a rush to fill in it and find a printing shop in monday morning!! Many shops cannot print my file! I am almost crying that time!

Damn CIC, they are playing with those who send package on may 4th!

Also, its not about the direct download, I use a downloading software, IDM, most of you might know it, even that repeatedly downloaded the old version. My bet is, CIC website makes the use of cache, it's a good practice, as it takes the load off the server, and serve the non-changed files as is [but a nightmare for us applicants in this case]. So, anyone who have opened the documents in the past, will get old ones, until they refresh cache, or use another browser / even PC.

It depend upon the forms which has been sent. If there are no changes in the form and it has been sent with old dates at bottom , its fine

If the forms are changed and already old forms are sent to CIC, then bad luck for that guys

There are major changes in few forms only (not all forms). Example Travel form , Additional Family Info, is not changed (even though date at the end of the form might have changed)

Planning to arrange a courier to pick-up my application tomorrow. A few last minute questions;
1) did you guys use the courier address as 49 Dorchester Street?
2) did you cut out all your passport photos or leave them as a sheet of photos?
