+1 for you..For this issue already there was a big discussion and many people informed their bank of upcoming transactions especially foreign transaction.So being part of the discussion really helps.I am also from India and I have well informed my bank regarding the CIC transaction and they are perfectly ok with that.This only happens when bank realized that some big transaction is taken place which is not usual for your profile they will block it as they may think it's fraud.

RBI rules are fine but it's customer discretion about the spending on the credit cards, if they are willing bank will not stop.
 
Thanks....But do you think a sealed Transcript would be an issue?.....I'm not sure if they are required to open sealed document... ::)

This really shows how may silent stalkers are visiting the forum and not contributing and helping other group members. Now-days I am seeing more cases when people will only pop up once they face problem or else just be silent.

Common guys join and make this thread and spreadsheet more relevant and help full to others.If you help others then people will be more willing to help you as well..Just my thought :)

This forum is a brilliant idea.

Please i need clarification on my WES evaluation report:

I applied on the 5th of April for basic WES evaluation, but the process was concluded on the 6th of July. Please i'd like to know if this would meet the CIC requirement.

I can view a copy of my evaluation report online, will CIC be able to do same, or do i need to order a duplicate copy for CIC?.

Please advise. Thank you

I think the most important thing for guys out there is to fill-up thier info in the spreadsheet. This would help us have a more representative data and be able to have more accurate projections of CIC Cap

EDIT: Copies are fine if you sending other kind of proof and are not limited to Bank Certificate / Statement.
