I applied on my own, im sure about my email address however i seldom check my spams, all my contact details are correct and up to date, im thinking of sending an email or call the visa office in Sydney Australia where i live, maybe they will give me some feedback, thanks for your suggestion

I think you sent your packet to Visa Office, Sydney, Australia. Instead of Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Not really, i used the correct address : P.O. Box 7500 Sydney NS B1POA9 CANADA and it was delivered.

I think u shuld directly mail to cic ,novascotia.
Tell them the tracking no nd also u cn infrm dem tht it has been received by cic.
U cn req dem to ask abt wht happened to ur case. May b it has nt cum under capping .. Plzz mail to dem.

One year is long time...i think u shuld apply to 2014 in ur noc with proper nd correct applications. It may b possible tht there culd b some mistake in ur package nd it culd b nt acceptev at very initial stage or the capping may b full.

that is a good suggestion but i think they are too busy to reply by mail, since i couldnt find any phone number to call them, it might be better to apply for fsw 2014 and put my letter inside it which explain about my previous application so they might retrieve the previous one, thanks for your suggestion

Why to mention ur previous details. Plzz avoid dis.
Possibly dere culd b sum mistake in ur file so tht culd b reason it hs nt b accepted. So why to unneccesarrily giv ur history.
File a fresh case without error asap considering the caps.
May with wish of god ur file get accepted dis time.

I want to pre intimate my bank about cic transaction on my cc. Can someone guide me what exactly is mentioned on your card statement when cic charges your cc. I will intimate bank accordingly.

Iam nt sure abt tht ur file is still active or under process.
Cic do not take one year for issuing file no atleast.
Nd i think u cn use ur previous ECA bt jst chk d validity...

Tell them that amount will be XXXX CAD and you are expecting transaction between 1-2 Months.
Also clear your doubt with bank regarding international transaction limit coz some banks have different limit for domestic and international transactions.

Your previous application is very less likely to be active. CIO Sydney is now solely working on 2014 application. Please start preparing for your 2014 application. And you need to be very fast, as there is a high possibility that FSW will end in December and from January 2015, EOI system will in place - Express Entry.
Your ECA report is valid for 5 years. Go ahead and use the same extra copy you have. IELTS is valid for two years. If you have an IELTS result copy, you can use it again.
The only thing i am confused about is why your application pacakge is not returned to you. Please write a mail to CIO and inquire about it. But I am sure they had returned it and it is lost in transit... So your best bet is to apply in 2014 again...

My quest is then wat abt the pending applicants of 2013. I mean d applicants of 2013 who hv nt received dere Medicals yet.

Buddy I wrote CIO, Sydney is working on 2014 applicants. NDVO is working on both 2013 and 2014 applicants.
From the current situation NDVO is only issuing MR to 2014 applicants whose files are straight forward. The current 2014 spreadsheet shows around 80 odd 2014 applicants have completed or received medicals. I feel now NDVO will complete the 2013 files and then start issuing PPR2 for 2014 applicants. Last week alone another 2013 applicant and me got DM. So please hang in there, I have a feeling NDVO will start clearing 2013 backlogs pretty soon...
