One of the reasons I am somewhat hesitant to share data here is because I have applied under a NOC that has close to none applications and with the details provided Mike, Dexter or Minister Kenney himself could easily track to my application.

I don't know who received my package, a friend of mine who lives in Canada sent my application for me and he lost the tracking code. He was able to confirm when it was delivered, but they couldn't tell him who signed for it.
