You really don't need to worry. If you scan the form carefully, you will find out that you have to enter period in years & months. There is no provision to enter days. It clearly shows that you short visits don't need to be reported here.

Your form is perfect and stop taking tension in this regard.

Hi Asmita,

The medicals are not just for the primary applicant but for all applicants. If you look at the 2013 spreadsheet there is a tab/workbook that contains a link there to the medical manual that will give you a better idea of what to expect for medicals.

Im an FSWP 2014 applicant as my 2013 application was returned due to CAP full.

Since most of you have received your PER and medicals, I wanted to know the list of medical tests that are asked to be done..

Please can anyone reply will the full information. Also is the test only for the primary applicant? or all accompanying applicants ?

June 5, 2013, received LOA
June 24, submitted application for PR
August 29, 2013 received file #
Sept 3, 2013 Medical check request
Nov 28, 2013 police certificate request (late submission until feb 15, 2014 due to mail delay)
Feb 19, 2014 RPRF request
March 2014, decision made
March 13, 2014 passport request
March 30, 2014 Visa ready
April 12, 2014 realized LANDING through Douglas crossing
