I stopped calling FedEx after I read your post because they are just doing lip service to me and hookabar that they will do something but I know the truth that it will be delivered on wednesday morning. Only think we can do is to pray. By the way what do you think about 3142 ? I think it will take some time to fill this category.

It's not as popular as 2174, 2147, 1112. So I say, you are still pretty much clear on this, because its reaching this week.

Expected Delivery: received by CIC May 13 at 2:15 PM by Mr. GLEN -i sent my app thru DHL for those who are interested to know.

Guys, I have a few concerns which I hope to find answers here on the forum from you all:
1. I have not notarized my photocopies at all. I did this because the app guide 7000 specified this for only translated documents. It mentioned 'certified copy' for translated docs. In rest of the places it just mentioned photocopy.

Pls suggest based on your experience, is this a reason big enough for rejection. If so, then suggest a remedy too.

2.Regarding the NOC 1112. I do not have an undergrad in Finance. I am an Engineer. But I am currently working in the Finance dept of a large Indian Company. I have attached my last 3 years of 'goal sheets' and appraisals. I have no chance of getting a reference letter form my employer as they may not be so open minded. Also my designation is Manager-Finance & Accounts as per my letters. But the roles & responsibilites in my goal sheets are: Financial Modeling, Acquisitions & Divestments modeling and execution, RFP , MIS, Budgeting and performance monitoring etc.
Pls suggest on how the VO will evaluate the work experience.

Hi all...The processing time for FSW has been updated in CIC site recently:

Seems that New Delhi VO has been updated with 4 more months(Total 16 months) more processing time than earlier update....

1. In general translated documents are needed to be certified. If an English/French document is directly related to the decision-making of your application, then its photocopy would be asked to be certified by CIC but it depends on which country you applied from and the circumstance of your application.
2. If you don't provide work reference letter, you give CIC a good reason to delay or return your application. Your degree indeed also is a potential problem which can only be overcame by stronger, credible work reference documents you provided.

As the most standard and important application form, Imm0008 applies to almost all immigration categories include skill trade which started at Jan 2013. CIC will make an official announcement if there are any changes on the content or format of Imm0008 as they did in year 2010. The changes of "footnote" does not alter the content and format of the form so no need to worry in here.

I wish that it will work for all of us who sent applications on May 4th. I couriered around 8 pm on 4th till that time I didn't find any footer date change on IMM 0008. and now I don't understand what to do.

Hi all,

Can someone please advise the processing time for FSW 2013 applicant? Would CIC create 1 more table for FSW 2013?

Is it the same as after 2010 applicants?

Or is it less than a year as per statement by Kenney on of the backlog news?

Its early morning 830 now there si today entire day it will be lying at goffs....yyyyyy cant they deliver it today they have entire day on hand....
