Hi Admin
I received Email from CIC saying

"Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed "

Hope .. Everything is Positive

Hi buddy, from what i remember of your case, you sent an old Generic Application form (2013 version). Is it true?

And when was your payment deducted, CC or DD?

Thank you goalcanada. I will apply and see since the work experience is quite strong in a reputed global university covering more than 80 percent of NOC duties.

Friend, sorry to say ECA outcome should be equv. to the NOC edcu. requirement otherwise appl. may be rejected (still you can apply and try, if they are not accepting they will send back without taking any payment. So only courier charge is the loss. But instead of assuming you can make at attempt)

No, CIC will not reply.
Just a running thought mate. Have they mentioned it anywhere in CIC website or did anyone you know had a similar experience or we simply have to logically assume.
Many thanks for your precious input.

Sent Application thru Courier April 2014 under 2263 NOC
How long does it take to received Positive letter of response?
thanks

Many people have had a friend or family member send them their PR Card via a secure method (registered mail, courier, with a travelling family member) to their location outside Canada, once it is mailed out to their address in Canada.

It seems that the only issue is when CIC doesn't mail the PR card to the provided address due to photo mismatch, chances are slim though or the pr card is lost in transit.

I feel at home whenever I log into this thread. :)

Reminds me of the old days when we started more than a year ago with hopes in our eyes looking at a better life from there.

Help and being helped, we climbed every single step forward with occasional step-back but never letting in on a permanent setback; never giving up.

Some names to remember, some names to forget ! Their smiles and humor, however, still lives in the heart. Once converged from different sections of life and culture, we slowly move to our busy lives back apart!! But I must say, many of us are here to stay.

Mix of feelings - joy and sorrow - some moved ahead and some still to follow! We have some brothers left behind, looking up at their dream life past today and tomorrow!!

I wish everyone best of luck for the remainder process in FSW 2013 and encourage those who could not make it last year, to apply again in 2014.

I second that ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D....ALL THE BEST & keep in touch.......

hey yes i paid online. My passports reached NVDO March 31st got decision made May 5th. So the conversation we previously had about how people were telling not to pay online (doubts) has been proved wrong . I paid with my credit card online . You get two receipt ( also in the email id you use) print and fill out the information of the principle applicant attach it with your passports and send.
