It takes abt 7-10 days when foreign bank gets money from Indian bank which
Is again disadvantage of DD coz until fund are clear, we cannot know anything

I am going to escalate this on monday. Hope their should be some way to get
DD status within bank.

You can definitely get the DD charged status from any employee within the bank, Ask him/her to check for a charge to the foreign account and corresponding entry in the suspense account.

Hello Guys, I just find another Guy on Chinese forum report that his cc is charged. This is the 3rd ppl I know on Chinese forum who get their cc charged. All of them are already located in USA now and has education overseas thus they are quicker than local Chinese.
All of their application arrived at May 8 th, and NOC is 1112. so we can imagine how many 1112 have poured into CIC in the first week. I begin to worry about 1112---will it be full at May 10 th?
Now that the 26 ppl On CIC update does not include those Arrived at May 8 th, I will not be surprised to see a surprisingly high number on CIC next update.

And, unfortunately none of local Chinese applicant has ever report any news about cc charged!

I want to ask something. Maybe I'm wrong but as I read on official page they accept 5000 applicants per NOC, 300 for each sub-category because every NOC has at least 15 subcategories. Is that correct?

Yes, I also didn't pay using CC just because of security checks. DD is as good as cash for CIC with no-updates as a drawback to applicant.

But guys, when i Paid to WES through CC, they didn't asked any security Password. I hope my payment gets clear (if m in) without any obstructions.. M worried now!!! :-[

Guys,
After analyzing the spreadsheet, I came to conclude that the following applicants were those whose application reached CIO on or before May 10 and mode of payment was CC - so following all should call to their bank (or CC issuing authority) to check if their CC got charged, don't wait till billing to you guys. By calling to your bank, you can have instantaneous information:

Unfortunately no... Overall cap for the program is 5000, 300 per every NOC Category.

Oh if like that then the cap may be filled during the first week - during 4 May alone already 13 complete packs and this will increase exponentially in the upcoming days. Are there a lot of other Chinese applying for NOC 1112 on that forum?

Others from this forum informed me its about "Encahsment" or "Outstanding", you just have to ask the bank whether the DD is still outstanding or already enchashed... "encashed" means we are done n happy.

Very sad! Same is happening in Northern parts of India recently ! 30K people and several villages were uprooted and swept away in rivers. More than 40K are missing on any records.
