Hey Raghav.. how many dependents are there on your application? Plus if u r married then does your spouse also works? I am guessing these factors will increase the complexity of your file.

I have seen ppl with similar timelines as mine are having DM whereas I am also waiting for it for long. The major difference I see wrt their app is that they are either single applicant or ppl whose spouse doesn't work!

All this is just a guesstimate work though :)

Sorry Suttam, but I dont think it is depending on this.

Even I have 3 dpependents (Spouse, and 2 kids), and also me and my husband both are working. We have received our DM, and awaitng our passports.

Write to WES your problem and submit... You will get a reply in 24-48 hrs with the reason behind the delay...
Don't forget to add your reference number...

My passport is about to expire in next 2 months so I am going to renew my passport. Once I get the new passport, how should I send the copy of new passport to LVO? By Email / CSE attachment or hard copy by courier? Also do I need to update re-submit some forms?

Hi JBZZS,

Yes you have to update this information with NDVO, please share a cover letter(containing complete detail of you file) & attested copies of new passport via courier.

Aman

UPDATE!!!!!!

I raised a CSE to LVO on Monday, making reference to the DUE DATE on my GCMS note of 30/12/2013 which has since elapsed (with no correspondence from them) and got this reply now. What do u guys think?

Dear Mr XXXXXXXXXX,

Thank you for your email regarding your application for permanent residence to Canada.

Your application is currently under review and we will be in contact with you in due course.

Whilst we understand that you are eager to travel to Canada and establish with your family as permanent residents, be advised that the Immigration process can be lengthy, we will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of the file.

Kind regards,

Please, send CSE attachment (passport bio data page). That is all. I did the same thing. Cheers
