take it for inr 57800 in favor of "Canadian High Commission" payable at New Delhi. this includes both for u and your wife. i dont think u need to take for your son considering his age but im not sure... for more details look at : http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/fees-frais.aspx

Children, regardless of age don't have to pay for RPRF.

Gangster Please do not apologize for differing from my opinion. As individuals we all have an opinion and a right to express them , thats the reason for this forum so we can all share and learn from each other. As I stated in my post thats the universally accepted principle for references (6 months) Please remember though that at the end of the day, it is human beings who are reviewing our files and they can use their discretion. It is indeed sometimes VERY difficult to secure these reference letters and I am sure the persons from the Visa offices know this. So yes they are sometimes flexible and we are grateful for that but for the persons who want to cause no doubt at all or o be perfect 6 months is the cut off time. CIC even alongs you to use your old offer/job letters as proof no matter how old they may be.

I submitted for two of my employers
old reference letters which was dated as Aug 2008 and Oct 2011
I got PER also

I don't think 6 months validity of reference letter is valid point
every time getting letter from previous employer is quite tiresome job
Also some employers wont provide once they have given you previously

There are no clear instruction in CIC website or Check list saying that it should be with in the six months

once again my apology for differing with your opinion buddy

Mr. Abuhasan you can throw some light on this issue

for you it is just dry DAY from NDVO, for us it is DRY-SEASON (Days/week/months) from LVO.....! As of all, we have only 9 medicals so far out of hundred of registered LVO applicants on this forum. Ask us how do we feel

Apologize mabmab. i feel your pain. Got carried away a bit by recent MR/ DM breakouts from NDVO and was forgetting that this is a global forum. :-[

My prayers that may all VOs start surprising us soon.
