They have asked me to submit UK's PCC..
No Medical Request yet..

This is the second time they have asked for document..
It is very strange I believe..

Processing started on 7th Feb.

Dont worry, you will receive the MR request soon.

It seems that your wife is the principal applicant. If this is the case, then you really have taken a risk by stating that she is unemployed while she is working. It isn't an issue if she is not able to get reference letter from the current employer; you could have done two things, first would have decided no to claim points for the current experience or second would have written explanation stating the reason why she is not able to obtain reference letter from the current employer and could attach other supporting documents.

I am just thinking that CIC normally hires third parties to conduct the hidden verifications. These third parties do their job cleverly; they can get information from taxation department about the applicant. If they came to know somehow that you wife is paying tax regularly which will prove that she is actually working; hence it will become a case of misrepresentation. If that happens then it will put an adverse impact on your application.

I wish you can go through it easily and get your PR.

Actually I only claimed the experience for which she had experience letter and job duties listed. And we had enough points when I applied with the previous experience.The reason I showed her homemaker was the current job was not permanent (It was some sort of part-time).She was paid on basis of number of patients she treat.So I thought it will create more complications to show the current employment.

So right now she is not working technically as she gets the salary in cash and the employer will never give any written confirmation.

So I just went ahead and applied with her previous genuine experience where she was working with a hospital.I was little worried as the hospital staffed would have been changed in the last two years and not sure how they will respond.

I think, you shouldn't be worried about the older job(s). This will be similar scenarios with everyone if get checked. If some physical or telephonic check happens and staff/colleagues/reporting manager etc. are totally new, then HR/admin still can verify from the record that this person has been working from this date to that date and other admin and financial information can be confirmed. Therefore, I don't think you really need to be worried about her older positions.

NOC 3142 (Physiotherapists) seems to be under scrutiny which is why folks in this NOC is slow in getting DMs. So folks, I believe you should start dry runs of calls, visits and inquiries to your employers to ensure that they (the employers) anticipate visits from verification agencies.
