hi, i completed medicals in first week of jan , my delay occured as Rcmp issued me wrong Pcc and i had to get that rectified which took time. i was able to send the file only last week, but medical results should have been updated by second week of jan. i think in my case they waited for complete details from my side before updating the status.

I received MR mail on 1st feb and Medical forms today. But my Medical forms are blank. I need to fill them manually.

Have any body received blank forms.

Your suggestions are welcome.

Dear Vancouver14, that is not normal. Each medical form has medical number and UCI number mentioned on the form.

But, if you received the UCI number of dependants and respective medical number in the email they sent (it is usually a box/table in the email with UCI number, name, medical number and status), then you can enter that information manually in the medical form.

If you sent already, it's fine, there is no harm in that. It was not required that's all, and should be sent back to you in the package when you get visa stamped PPs.

Admin, please I want you to add my details as follows,

FSW 2013.
Application sent : October 29,2013
Application received: October 31,2013.
Visa Office: Canada
PER: January 23,2014.
NOC: 3141
IELTS: 7.0 in all band, submit with application

Also, I need seniors on this forum to advise me, as my PER mail does not specify my visa office, it just read your application will be sent to a visa office. I applied from Canada, as I am on work permit here. Which visa office will my application be sent to?
Also, I have lived in two countries, prior to coming to Canada on work permit, but I only include one of the countries Police report, should I go ahead and get the second police report or wait for further instructions from CIC/Visa office?
Lastly, what is the next thing I should expect, and what is the time frame.

Daily ...When I go for sleep suddenly MR thoughts bang on my brain.

I start to see news in TV but it's all about politics , can not concentrate on movie or any other programs.

MR AND MR IS IN MY BRAIN.

I don't know how I should divert my focus to minimise my worry.

It's almost 1am and as usual it's sleepless night.

Amazing, the pattern matches with mine exactly. I also was watching TV and mostly political news, there is no interest in watching movies and all - which was my hobby before this ... Whatever happens, pls keep faith that all this is soon going to end with a positive note.

it is 100 % required to send all the pp even the expired one bcoz that is how they check and verify the past travelling record of yours ,which is a part of security check of the applicant ....
letter asking about the pp itself states that " all travelling docs."

Yes i did but they asked for IME no. To me? Wierd rite

I was exploring on ways to get IME No. Found this link as to wat all the docs r gonna check us for

Have a look guys n pray for me tht i clear this hurdle soon....

IME number is provided in two places:

1. Medical request email from visa office: when you get this email, they provide a table in the email with UCI number, IME number, name etc.

2. Medical forms: The soft copy of the medical forms come with IME number pre-printed in the pdf file.

I am not sure if the panel physician can pull such information from UCI number.
