If you need to send docs to CPP-O (like bank statements) what is the best option so that CPP-O processes it quickly - email or FedEx? I did send a email few weeks back and no reply yet so not sure if they even read it? Please help.

dear, you should get a response in less than 20 days as suggested in tbeir automated response. I inquired about three time and they came back with a response on 16 _ 17th day after receiving the email. All you can do is wait; else pick up the phone and call them.

Well i have submitted many documents that prove the genuineness of my job... you think of a supporting document, i have it... i have submitted all of them... but none contained my job duties... so my my consultant added an extra sheet stating my job duties... not on a company letter head... he said that its a common practice and CIC accepts such application, and they can contact my employer anytime they have a doubt.. so i went along.. and here i am, back to square one

Dear, this is common error and cic normally let it go. I didn't mention family members name in the same format in the native language with my initial application. As people are suggesting here, I sent an updated form to CIC but they didn't accept as there wasn't any record of my application received. Same thing happened to one of my friends, he send the docs thru email and got the same response.
Based on my personal experience, sending a new updated from will not benefit you however you may give it a try if you wish to, may be it works with you. Rest, keep your hopes alive, I believe you'll not get your package back because of this reason.

Self attested job description is not accepted by CIC.....I know one candidate already rejected by submitting the self attested job duties.. However, all things depends on your visa officer. Your application filed date is 20th Dec and payment method is via DD... DD usually take some time to encash than CC.. In my case it took 2 weeks more incomparison to the one paid through CC.... Your employer was unwilling to give the reference letter?
