my entire salary was on consolidated basis, so I don't have the F-16's. I do have the salary certificate and the pay stubs. but someone else has posted that they are the legal documents which will be given more priority.

You don't have to worry ....... As you have salary certificate & pay stubs.....
Now approach a Chartered Accountant or Tax consultant....... Ask them to file your IT returns for each year of your employment........

The way I see it, cap of 5000 will not be reached by April 30, 2014.
He has very bright chances of making it.

Today I got My GCMS which I applied on 18th December..Totally Disappointing..

Eligibilty :Not Started
Security:Not Started ( Due Date- .........)
HIRV:
Criminality:Not Started (Due Date- 2013/08/15)
ORG Crime:
Medical: Passed (2013/08/22)-No Health impairment sufficient to prevent admission for medical reasons under section 38 - No surveillance required
RPRF: Received (2013/08/30)

Notes -Last update: 2013/11/01 - Checking B/F list.In Q for screening


Eligibility Assessment
Status:2013/07/18 (Date which I got my UCI number)
Due Date:2014/07/18 (Exactly 1 year from my PER)

Total Assessment Points - 69 (As I expected)

Colombo visa office received from CIO on 2013/07/30
They did paper screening on 2013/08/14 - IELTS verified - Genuine Sri Lanka Police report - Checked

I think as soon as local VO got the application from CIO they sent the MR & RPRF without doing the background check. still I havent heard from employers regarding verification.

Before I applied for GCMS I was hoping they started security checks,since I finished my medical in August. but the reality is different now...

i think they have followed the same pattern in mine case as well. as they started processing in oct 2013 and asked for the medical in the oct 2013 itself. so should i assume that my background check is still not initiated by the cic delhi ???? is it a matter of concern because till date i haven't heard anything from the NDVO? it means cic has no fixed pattern but it varies case to case .

what should i interpret now????????????

I dont understand why you worrying so much!!! You have to submit these documents if NDVO ask you specifically to do so and none in this forum till now reported about these kind of an incident....Many already got MR and PPR without pay stubs, salary certificate and income tax returns ...just relax bro... No need to worry about it now....

By God's grace, I have got MR and PP request on 16/01/2014, on very first day of auspicious period by our hindu calender!!

By looking at the NDVO MR pattern -it seems that VO is running with applications & sending MR,to straight cases (as per them)

They r keeping aside files on which they need to work on ....

May applicants are waiting & July end applicants have received the MR...

Its difficult to predict but I dont think it will reach to 300 by April 30th. He has bright chances of making it.

you are absolutely right , even in mine case ,i work for pvt employer and i get consolidated salary as well. i submitted my experience letter only and by god's grace cic doesn't raise any concern regarding salary stubs and all till now. i have submitted my medical,pp and rprf already . :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

What you mean by Blocking our passports? do you mean they will keep our passports till we submit the PCC. if yes whats the problem in it unless you travel out of India? I am not really sure what you been wondering !!

I'm in the similar boat , they asked for my wife US PCC , last date is mid Feb and I think PCC will reach by Feb end.

What am wondering is , evenif I sent out passport , they wount do anything till , the received her PCC , which will block our passport for long time

Any more advice guys .
