No, I don't think that is the case. CC are charged instantly with a machine, while DD is a cheque, so that will take a few days to clear.

I think that is why CC applicants usually, hear from CIC a lot quicker than DD applicants.

Does tht ,mean cic works on applictns with CC first,sooo there is a lag of time cic takes working on apps with DD

Dear House....
I've been a silent reader of this forum but I just Joined today.

Today also is significant for me because I just sent my application from Lagos-Nigeria and I want to presume it will get to N.S by Monday latest.
I have a wife and a Son of 8 months old.I'm B.sc holder while Wifey is M.sc holder but I'm the principal applicant because of my 6 years plus work experience.Wifey didn't do IELTS....my self calculated points is 68 points beside the four "4" vague points of IELTS which I don't understand but I believe I should have it which may make my points 72....but does it really matter.....I only need 67 points!.

NOC 2113......guess I tried to follow every detail so I believe all is well......I've been on it since Sept,2013 arranging all the necessary documents and I guess ECA report took most of the timing.
I guess all I can do now is just to start the waiting game until March ending while I learn from elder forum leaders here.
Please let me know if I need to update any form been update here or perhaps,there is an administrator of this forum who does it.

Welcome to the forum.... ;D

67 or 72 points won't make any difference in your application processing. It should be minimum 67 that is all. So no need to worry about it.

I tried to update it but I guess there are some info that need to be compulsorily filled....and these info are only available when it has been received and signed for in NS.
My guess is to wait till next week when I must have tracked its delivery through my UPS courier service.
All things been equal.....I'll update and fill in the info next week.
