However, just want to know where it is mentioned that different NOC experience other than your primary NOC in not counted for points distribution. Please don't take it otherwise, just eager to know the base of the information.

As per my understanding, you need minimum 1 year of experience in the 24 eligible occupation list, which I qualify for NOC 1112.

And one need experience in any NOC for claiming the Points for work experience. Which I have of around 7 years.

Please clarify.

You will get points only for Financial analyst. Business Analyst is no in the NOC list..
Since got your AOR means they considered business analyst job experience (by accident or genuinely).
If you can proof you've relative in Canada, then do it immediately..
Bcoz local VO officer has the right to deduct points for the Business Analyst...

As expected, I received an email notifying me that my apps. was incomplete and that my entire package has been sent back to me past 14/11: The additional info. form for my spouse was missing.

I intend to reapply as soon as the package is back (I need my Language results). I hope it will not be later than December. Another option is to pass another language tests (IELTS/TEF) :-\

For both cases, you must update your application by providing related forms & supporting documents to your Visa Office as soon as possible.

guys a question, i am going through a bit of situation here. I wanted to add my new born child to my app. mean while waiting MR I have also changed job taken a canadia related work.

will my change in job effect my application. will they be even bothered about it.?? if yes what are the forms i need to fill .

Yes, you are right. You can get points for any NOC provided that it belongs to Skill Type 0, Skill Type A or Skill Type B. If your 7 year experience is not related to your primary NOC but other NOC which is listed in Skill Type 0, Skill Type A or Skill Type B, then you are going to get points. This is the reason you got PER because your points calculated by CIO are equal to or greater than 67.

I am sure you have clearly mentioned proper NOC code for your 7 year experience in Schedule A form.

dearit is obvious they award points for all experiences as long S it isnoc 0,A and B so he has got true evaluation and bisa officer will not deduct points

So, Sydney VO has started sending MR. I am already feeling better even though I am August applicant.
