I got my application package back yesterday from CIC. My application (NOC -2174) reached CIC on 5th June and returned back on 5th September because of cap reached.
I guess I will plan to apply for Australia now since Canada will be a cap game next year as well.

Hi,

It is same with everyone. your PER email will not specify or mention the visa office you stated in your application. It will only state that your file will be transferred to a visa office, which means the one you chose. so just relax and be praying for a quicker response from LVO vis a vis MR and PCC request.

Got an update on your querry, canada_payal, noc 2174, appln received june 5 was sent back sept 5 for reason (cap reached).

as for your case, its bad news but you might receive back your documents sometime october.

My application package for 2174 has reached CIC on July 4th, but I haven't received any communication till now. As the CAP for 2174 is reached few weeks back, I am not sure, if I could get into the CAP....Can you pls advise on the chances of getting into CAP...Thank you.

u wrote them an email after 8 to 10 weeks of filling ur application or before dat ??

My application was received on 31 MAy. and i dropped them an email on 24 August. I am quite shocked to see that they dont have any knowledge on the same.

I checked a week back,..the DD has not been encashed..if they dont have any record of my file..i dont think they would encash my DD.

Tracking the FSWP2013 spreadsheet I was sure to be in the cap. The only think which worried me a lot, was missing communication after 1st August, when my CC was charged.

By the way, what's wrong with Ankara VO? Is it due to public strikes against Turkish government?

No, I don't think so.
it seems after recent situations in Damascus they divided works between Ankara and Warsaw.
However, lucky to have FSWP 2013 in Warsaw hands!

I have done Bachelore In Chemical Technology(4 years) which is equivalent to B.E Chemical.

Educaction : BS in Chemical (4 Years), Total 16 years --22 points max
Experienc : 8 Years ( 2 Years Technical Sales and service Engineer , recent + 6 years Production and process)
----15 points max
Age : 31 ---12 points max
Status : Single
English : 6 band Each --16 points max
French : A2 Level ( DELF) they need TEF for FSW process, DELF is not accepted.


I had got my dox verfied via HEC Pakistan before years, Hwoever, i have some attested copies. Can i use old one copies for WES Canada ? or need to get degree attested again with HEC Pakistan

Please advise me that can i meet and apply for FSW ? as per above a nd can send old attested copies ?.

I think you should not hide anything. Report the true things. CIC only wants 1 year experience in the last 10 years, in one of the 24 NOC's. That 1 year experience may be in current job or in any of the jpobs you have undertaken in last 10 years. Remember designation has nothing to do with you qualifying in a particular NOC. It is your job duties/responsibilities which should match with those of CIC in that particular NOC.

I'm a veterinarian but i'm applying under noc 3211 becouse i worked in a Lab during 2 years as a Medical Lab Tech. The problem is: I worked as a Vet during the last 10 years despite I worked as a Med Lab Tech. i'm able to provide reference letters and documents to support my noc 3211 experience and more 2 years of previous experience working as a Vet. So, i have 4 years of comproved work experience! I'm worried about the other 6 years because I worked as a self-employer and I dont have any document to support this!

In the forms, can I use the whole information about my work experience or just put the experience that I can prove? To stay withou gaps in my personal history, I put everything withou documents as a "self-employer" but at the form that we need to fill out with our current job, I dont put anything, just the jobs that I have documents! Is it correct?

I saw one guy with noc 3211 that had his/her application denied because didn't send documents for his/her current work experience!

So....is it better dont put my current job if i cant prove or is it better put im not working right now?

I think this message is a bit confused, but if anyone could help me, i'll really appreciate!

At the most applications received till 15th July, may receive PER under 2147. But till 5th July shold be safe.

Hi All,

Cap status for 2147 is updated to 264. Any idea about applications till which date have been charged CC/DD?
I am now really worried as I am July 29th applicant and haven't seen any applicant post 15th July getting CC/DD charged. With this trend, chances of I am making to 300 figure is almost nil.
