For 2132, No CC Charged, no PER happening since last 2 weeks. There are many members who are 21 June to 27 June applicant like Rahul789, adithyain, athiswarank, rajjan, rc_phil including me have not charged yet but there are couple of members who is 28th June got charged / PER.

I called many times to CIC but no fruitful answer about status, they just said we dont have access, i did mail them last week but it will take 4-5 weeks to get reply from CIC. what should we do now, is there any alternative to know the status?

Hi NOC 2174 Appliants,

Having read various posts on this NOC which was the first one whose cap was reached is it right to assume that the cap was reached based on applications received till end of May effectively meaning that people like me who submitted their applications in June or July have no chance of making it?

My application was received at CIC Nova Scotia on 2nd of July and is it worth giving a call to the CIC call center for it?

you will have to wait around 70 days or may be 80 days, CIC will open your application package. normally when application package arrives to CIC they time stamp it and put it in a queue, when it's your application's turn CIC will check the completeness check of your package, if it's complete and your roles and responsibilities matches with the NOC, your CC/DD will be charged and after a week or may be sooner you will get a PER which is the confirmation email that you are eligible and your application is approved for further processing. your application will then be transferred to your local VO. good luck
