As you are talking about Petroleum engineer, our spreadsheet shows, 2 people under Petroleum engineers have got PER long back, but CIC update shows only 1 under Petroleum Engineers. How is this possible???

excetly and again the date of that two person is 6th june and 12th june
m sure current update is after that date ??? ??? (should we conclude that means current update is of earlier thatn 2nd one ie 12th june?)

You can submit that copy as its is not photo copy its the copy you received directly form WES
for being on saferside plz mention in coverletter

Hi! But at the top most of my report, it is stated there that it is a "Duplicate copy". It is also an original copy, second original copy as you have said, but I don't know why WES made a "Duplicate copy" remark on my report.

There can be another case also. Both might have been issued PER, but at a later stage file might have got rejected in eligibility review and fee shall be refunded in that case. OR else guys have incorrectly reported, possibility of which is very less

There can be no other reason, since every CIC update is showing as 1, while all other NOC are increasing.

yes there may be incorrect info given by member . . . . I doubt for this NOC this should not the reason

As per CIC manual, after issue of PER, there is one more stage which is controlled by CIO. Check Clause 10 of CIC manual. Applications can be rejected by CIO, even after issue of PER.

I just got an email from CPP-O asking for the medical and police clearance (I have already sent the PCC a couple of days back, it's on its way). I need to submit the medical by 60 days.

I am in row 399 in the spreadsheet (1978bubun)
